Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service experience with a proven sales record EPA Certification required Strong HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners Ability to generate HVAC equipment sales through consultative selling Experience using ServiceTitan or comparable field service management software Ability to track and manage personal sales KPIs Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Ability to work independently and manage a residential service route Availability to participate in Saturday rotation Reside within or be able to reliably service the North Austin Metro area Dun-rite HVAC Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
