Senior Product Manager

*Those without P&C insurance product experience are not able to be considered at this time* Our Property & Casualty Insurance (P&C) client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the growth, profitability, and strategic direction of its homeowners portfolio across wildfire-exposed markets in the western United States. This role will be responsible for developing state‑level product, pricing, underwriting, and exposure management strategies that support sustainable growth in complex catastrophe‑risk environments. The right candidate will serve as both a business owner and hands‑on operator, coordinating across key functions to bring new products and markets to scale. Responsibilities Develop and execute product, pricing, underwriting, and exposure management strategies that drive profitable growth across western homeowners markets. Partner with actuarial, underwriting, distribution, and engineering teams to design pricing, underwriting, and exposure management strategies that support growth and profitability objectives. Monitor portfolio performance, synthesize market intelligence, and recommend pricing, underwriting, and product actions to improve business results. Qualifications Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance product or state management experience with significant exposure to rating, underwriting, and policy forms. Homeowners insurance experience, preferably catastrophe exposed markets.
