The WHSE Material Handler II plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of materials within the warehouse environment. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products in a timely manner to support production and operational needs. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or material handling role.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (certification preferred).
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory software.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work in varying warehouse conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift operator certification.
• Experience with RF scanning technology and computerized inventory systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Store materials in designated locations and maintain organized inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment or production use according to work orders.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and logistics personnel to prioritize daily tasks and resolve issues.
• Document all material movements accurately using warehouse management systems.
