Required Qualifications Valid Speech Language Pathologist License in compliance with state regulations Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology Speech Language Pathology experience, but new graduates are welcome to apply Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position Summary The Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) evaluates, diagnoses, and treats communication and swallowing disorders in individuals of all ages. In a variety of settings, the SLP develops and implements individualized treatment plans to enhance speech, language, and cognitive‑communication abilities, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and caregivers to improve communication outcomes and quality of life.
