Gutters by Berger Home Services is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team!

If you enjoy meeting homeowners, solving problems, and earning based on your performance, this could be a great fit. We provide qualified appointments, a strong support team, and the tools you need to succeed.

We are looking for someone who can build trust with homeowners, provide professional recommendations, and confidently guide customers through the decision-making process.

What You’ll Do

• Run scheduled in-home appointments with homeowners throughout the Houston area
• Inspect properties and identify gutter and drainage solutions
• Provide estimates for gutter installations, gutter guards, repairs, and cleaning services
• Educate homeowners on options and recommend the best solution for their needs
• Follow our proven sales process and pricing structure
• Maintain accurate job details, measurements, and paperwork
• Follow up with customers on open estimates
• Build additional opportunities through referrals, networking, and neighborhood outreach

What We’re Looking For

• Previous outside sales, in-home sales, or home services experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with homeowners
• Confident presenting solutions and asking for the sale
• Organized and reliable with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using a CRM, smartphone, and basic technology
• Coachable, competitive, and motivated to improve
• Willingness to work some evenings and Saturdays when needed

Compensation
