Position Summary The Brand Ambassador represents the company as the face of our long‑standing products and services. This entry‑level role provides hands‑on training and career growth opportunities, starting on the ground floor to develop the skills and techniques needed for success. The Brand Ambassador engages with clients in retail locations, promotes products, generates qualified leads for the Sales Department, and supports the mission of delivering the best home remodeling experience. Essential Functions Represent the company in retail locations. Participate in comprehensive training sessions. Build expertise in window, door, gutter, and awning products while ensuring clients receive accurate information and exceptional service. Support brand awareness initiatives by showcasing the company’s reputation and commitment to quality. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Outgoing and approachable personality with strong communication skills. Eagerness to learn and grow through structured training. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindset. Ability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends as required. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends as required. Reliable transportation to retail locations. Desired Qualifications Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or promotions. Familiarity with home improvement products or remodeling services. Interest in career growth within sales and marketing. Hours Vary Tuesday‑Friday: 2 pm to 7:00 pm Saturday and Sunday: 12 pm to 6 pm Pay Rate $17–$20 per hour with opportunity to earn bonuses. Licenses, Certification, and Other Requirements Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record under the company’s insurance policies. Physical Requirements Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing in one location for extended periods. Position regularly operates a variety of office equipment which includes a computer, printer, copy machine, telephone, etc. Must be able to use body members to work, move or carry objects or materials.
