Senior Program CoordinatorNakupuna Solutions seeks a Senior Program Coordinator. The Senior Program Coordinator supports the Special Envoy for Best Future Generations (BFG) by managing complex, high-level diplomatic initiatives at the intersection of advanced technology and international policy. This role serves as the central coordination point for multi-stakeholder partnerships involving U.S. government agencies, foreign governments, and the private sector to drive Presidential priorities regarding Artificial Intelligence (AI), global education, and child online safety.ResponsibilitiesThe following reflects management's definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned.Lead high-level coordination across U.S. government agencies (including the White House), foreign governments, and international organizations to execute global conveningsFacilitate and manage public-private partnerships with technology companies to drive international adoption of educational innovation and child protection frameworksOversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and follow-up for senior-level diplomatic events and international summits (e.g., G7, G20, UNGA, and bilateral summits)Develop and maintain rigorous tracking systems for coalition member commitments, technology partnerships, and implementation milestones across multiple geographic regionsSupport travel and event execution for senior officials, maintaining comprehensive records of coordination activities and partnership agreementsMonitor implementation of technology deployments to identify coordination bottlenecks and propose solutions to ensure seamless execution Deliverables: Coordination plans and stakeholder engagement matrices for bilateral and multi-stakeholder momentsComprehensive bi-weekly reports and tracking systems for international commitments and technology partnership milestonesAgendas, participant lists, logistics plans, and after-action reports for major global conveningsMeeting summaries, action item trackers (within 48 hours), decision memos, and coordination papers as requestedQualifications Skills/Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to proactively identify and address challenges.Deep expertise in foreign affairs and international relationship management with senior-level officialsProven ability to manage complex, multi-country initiatives and maintain high-visibility programsExceptional ability to bridge gaps between government entities and private sector technology companiesElite written and verbal skills tailored for senior-level briefings and international audiencesAbility to support early morning and evening engagements to accommodate global time zones Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Public Administration, or a related field is requiredMaster's degree strongly preferredMinimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in program coordination or policy implementation within a federal agency or large organizationAt least 5 years coordinating senior-level initiatives involving private sector leaders and foreign officials. State Department or foreign affairs experience is strongly preferred Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday). Requires flexibility for early morning and evening engagements and potential international travel. Consistent onsite presence is required to support high-level convenings and diplomatic meetings. Telework, hybrid, and remote work may be authorized, based on office needs and at the discretion of the Special Envoy. Clearance Requirements: Must possess a Secret-level security clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen. Physical Requirements: The ideal candidate must at a minimum be able to meet the following physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation :Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $142,000 to $165,000 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies' total compensation package for employees.
