If you love shaping young minds and creating joyful classroom experiences, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and daily lesson plans for toddlersCreate a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes early childhood developmentSupervise and engage toddlers in structured and free-play activitiesMonitor and document each child's developmental milestones and progressCommunicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's growth and daily activitiesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom in compliance with licensing regulationsMentor and guide assistant teachers and classroom aidesRequirements:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferredMinimum of 1-2 years of experience working with toddlers in a childcare or preschool settingKnowledge of DCFS licensing requirements and early childhood best practicesCurrent CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)Strong communication, patience, and classroom management skillsAbility to pass a background check as required by Illinois state regulationsWarm, energetic, and child-centered approach to teaching and caregivingAbout Us:Angels R Us Kidz Academy is a beloved childcare provider in the Chicago community, dedicated to delivering high-quality early education in a safe and loving environment.
