Location: Kansas City, MO (13141 State Line Rd) | Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (No mandatory weekend grind)

What You’ll Do
·          Connect & Consult: Reach out to prospective policyholders and warm leads to uncover coverage gaps across Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Small Business.
·          Design Custom Solutions: Craft tailored "Personal Price Plans" that protect clients' assets while saving them money through multi-policy discounts. 
·          Build Relationships: Foster long-term trust across Kansas City through honest advice, policy reviews, and referrals.
·          Hit Sales Goals: Consistently meet monthly activity and production targets with proactive follow-up and prompt pipeline management.
Who You Are
·          A Confident Communicator: You listen first, ask sharp questions, and make insurance simple and accessible to everyday folks.
·          Driven by Performance: You like seeing your hustle reflected directly in your paycheck.
·          Resilient & Optimistic: A "no" doesn't rattle you; it just tells you how to pivot.
·          Bilingual is a Huge Plus: Spanish, Hindi, or Punjabi language skills are an asset in serving our diverse community.
·          Licensed or Ready to Learn: Prior P&C and Life/Health licenses are preferred, but if you have a proven track record in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service, we will train the right attitude.
