Timber Health is hiring a founding Lead Health & Wellness Coach to shape our holistic coaching program from the ground up, including consultation frameworks, tools, documentation, and quality standards. You’ll design the program, author materials, and orient a network of contractor coaches, while also delivering consultations as needed. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll own coaching end-to-end, shaping how coaching works at Timber Health and reporting KPIs to executive leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ishe
