SUPERVISORY POLICE OFFICER

Security Forces Flight/Section
Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of a Security Forces Flight/Section, ensuring that personnel comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
Performs and enforces the full spectrum of Police Officer duties within the assigned federal jurisdiction. Incumbent has full powers of apprehension and detention, which entails carrying a firearm, mirandizing suspects, preserving evidence and testifying in court as it pertains to enforcing regulations within Federal Jurisdiction. Performs the full range of installation perimeter access control duties.
Performs the full range of duties for defending Protection Level Resources. Patrols restricted/controlled areas, responds to security incidents and performs immediate visual assessments. Perform emergency response and incident command and control.
