Recruitment Sales Consultant

Futura is currently experiencing significant growth and we are looking to add several consultants to the team immediately. Our work aligns with the expansion of AI infrastructure, hyperscale compute, power generation, transmission, digital infrastructure, and critical facilities across the United States. Demand from neoclouds, hyperscalers, infrastructure developers, utilities, and broader energy and power groups has accelerated substantially over the past twelve months, and we are seeing sustained hiring activity across both technical and leadership functions. The companies we support are operating at meaningful scale and are actively building some of the most important infrastructure platforms currently being developed within the market. The focus of the role will sit heavily on the technical delivery side of the industry, working closely with program managers, engineers, network technicians, commissioning teams, critical facilities operators, and wider infrastructure leadership supporting large-scale AI and power deployments. The role will involve: Building relationships across technical infrastructure and AI markets throughout the United States Working directly with hyperscalers, neoclouds, infrastructure developers, and energy companies on active search mandates Identifying and engaging candidates across data center, power, network, commissioning, and engineering disciplines Running multiple concurrent searches across both contingent and retained assignments Managing interview processes, offer negotiations, and assignment execution from start to finish Developing market intelligence around compensation, hiring activity, and infrastructure deployment trends Maintaining a consistently high level of outbound activity, organisation, and client communication Operating with urgency whilst maintaining strong standards of process and delivery We are generally interested in individuals who: Have strong commercial instincts and communicate well with people Enjoy operating in fast-moving and competitive environments Are naturally curious and capable of learning technical markets quickly Can manage pressure without losing structure or consistency Have a disciplined approach to execution and follow-through Are comfortable spending large amounts of time speaking with candidates, clients, and technical professionals across the market Prefer high-performance environments over heavily corporate structures Want direct exposure to some of the most active infrastructure markets globally The people who tend to perform particularly well within this environment are usually competitive, process-driven, highly organised, and comfortable operating at a consistently high level of intensity. #J-18808-Ljbffr Futura
