Cloud Engineer
Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking a Cloud Engineer to support PL ALTESS at Radford Army Ammunition Plant, VA, under Task Area 2 – Cloud Management. The engineer builds and operates Azure, AWS, and private-cloud infrastructure for ALTESS applications, implementing IaC, CI/CD, and secure networking. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
- Build and operate Azure, AWS, and private-cloud infrastructure.
- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code with Ansible and Terraform.
- Build CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Travis CI, AWS CodeDeploy, and Git.
- Configure secure networking including IPSEC, VPN, and BGP.
Required Qualifications
- Active IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or equivalent).
- CE cert (MCSD Azure Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent).
- Hands-on Azure, AWS, and private-cloud experience.
- Ansible, Terraform, Python, PowerShell, Bash; Jenkins, Travis CI, AWS CodeDeploy, Git.
- IPSEC, VPN, BGP.
- Active SECRET clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship.
Desired Qualifications
- Kubernetes (CKA).
- HashiCorp Terraform Associate.
- Experience with cArmy or C2E landing zones.
- FedRAMP / IL5 workloads.
