Position Registered Nurse (RN) – Atrium Health Pineville PreSurgery Holding Location: Charlotte, NC, United States Department 37708 Atrium Health Pineville – Pre/Post Surgery Job Type Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours per Week: 36 Schedule Details/Additional Information: 0500-1730 x3 days/week with some call requirements Pay Range $38.20 - $57.30 Where You Will Work Atrium Pineville Day Surgery department cares for both inpatient and outpatient surgical procedures. Day Surgery nurses are responsible for preoperative preparation of surgical patients and the phase II recovery and discharge for patients who are leaving the facility following surgery. Team members work closely with surgeons, anesthesia teams, and OR staff to deliver excellent care to our patients. Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association Responsibilities As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and communication skills while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
