Role Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive healthcare for individuals and families from all walks of life, encompassing pediatric to geriatric care. Address chronic illnesses, preventive care, acute medical situations, and mental health support with a focus on patients first. Perform physical examinations, analyze diagnostic tests, and devise customized treatment strategies. Team up with care coordinators, mental health specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic support. Engage in quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Employ electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure accurate and current patient information. Provide care both in-person and via telehealth to meet the diverse preferences of your patients. Education Requirements MD or DO from an accredited institution. Completion of a Family Medicine residency program accredited in the U.S. Certifications Board Certification in Family Medicine. Possess or qualify for a valid Florida medical license. Preferred certifications in BLS and ACLS. Skills and Experience Excellent diagnostic and clinical abilities focused on preventive and proactive healthcare. Willingness to work within value-based care frameworks and participate in continuous improvement. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
