Job Title Physical Therapist Location Missouri | Outpatient Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day | 32–40 hours per week | 13-Week Assignment Key Responsibilities Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction Complete medical record documentation in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner, including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and intermediary guidelines Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring design of functional treatment programs that support effective return to community activities Participate in student programs as assigned, providing appropriate supervision, developing learning objectives, and completing student evaluations Adhere to discipline-specific State Practice Act and all regulatory agency requirements; maintain professional licensure in good standing and fulfill all state-mandated continuing education requirements Promote patient and employee safety across key areas including safe patient handling, infectious disease protocols, and fall prevention Required Qualifications Active Physical Therapist license in good standing in the state of Missouri Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist New graduates will not be considered Ability to complete documentation and goal writing in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines Commitment to professional standards and discipline-specific code of conduct Preferred Experience / Skills Experience in an outpatient therapy setting Familiarity with functional quality indicator assessments and letters of medical necessity Active involvement in continuing education and professional development activities Why Join Us ASAP start available with flexible scheduling options of 32 or 40 hours per week to fit your needs Opportunity to work in a structured outpatient environment with a strong emphasis on patient safety, quality care, and professional growth Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 775570.
