Compact Sales Specialist
HiFyve is hiring a Compact Sales Specialist in the heavy equipment industry in Spokane, WA! Salary: Up to $130,000/year Shift: Flexible Location: Hybrid (Spokane, WA)
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Sell and rent new and used compact equipment including mini excavators, loaders, and attachments
- Develop and manage a territory to drive profitable sales and rental growth
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase long-term business
- Identify customer needs and recommend equipment solutions
- Conduct on-site equipment demonstrations, inspections, and technical support
- Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales agreements
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and track sales activities
- Attend training sessions and sales meetings to stay current on products and promotions
Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education in sales, business, or related field is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience in heavy or compact equipment sales or related industry preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- High level of motivation and ability to meet sales targets
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to travel locally and perform on-site customer visits
