Volunteer

Serve as the primary contact for new clients, families, caregivers, and referral sources.

Conduct intake interviews via phone or in person.

Collect demographic, medical, behavioral health, insurance, and social determinant information.

Explain available services, eligibility requirements, and enrollment procedures.

Complete intake packets, consent forms, and required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Enter and maintain client information in the appropriate system.
