Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing, demonstrating exceptional teamwork skills and a commitment to providing the highest levels of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient assessments and monitor patients in the ICU.
• Administer medications and IV drips, including titration.
• Perform critical procedures such as intubation and central line insertions.
• Utilize mechanical ventilators and manage arterial lines effectively.
• Engage in AIDET and bedside shift reporting to enhance patient experience.
• Float to Med-Surg or ED as needed to meet critical staffing requirements.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have at least 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
• NIHSS certification is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
