From complex molding development to tight-tolerance and thin/thick wall applications, we deliver high-quality solutions across Industrial, Medical, Electronics, Defense, Transportation, and Consumer markets.With more than 100 presses across four advanced U.S. facilities, PMM combines scale, technical expertise, and speed—playing a critical role in strengthening American manufacturing while continuously raising the bar for quality and execution. At PMM, leadership isn’t behind a desk—it’s on the production floor. Position: Manufacturing Manager (Plastic Injection Molding).Location: Hudson, MA (on-site).Schedule: Monday to Friday (based on business needs).Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 (Dependent on Experience).Employment Type: Full-Time.Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Manufacturing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced injection molding environment. This is not a purely administrative role—you will be deeply embedded in daily operations, working side-by-side with your team to drive performance, solve problems in real time, and ensure production goals are consistently met.You will take ownership of the floor—optimizing processes, supporting technical execution, and holding teams accountable to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and delivery.
