Job Description
ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our team in a dual role within the IMC and ICU units. This position requires a strong clinical background and the ability to provide excellent patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in the ICU and IMC settings.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as required.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and health maintenance.
Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures, as well as standards of care.
Respond to medical emergencies and participate in resuscitation efforts as needed.

Qualifications:

Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum of 2 years of critical care nursing experience required.
At least one completed travel nursing assignment preferred.
Strong familiarity with Cerner Electronic Health Record system is required.
Successful completion of the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum overall score of 80% and a score of 100% on lethal rhythms.
Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.

Work Schedule:

3x12 hour shifts, covering both day and night shifts.
Every other weekend is required, with a total of 6 weekend shifts in a six-week period.
