School Nurse Services Credential

School Nurses Services credential is required or proof of eligibility to qualify for the Preliminary School Nurse Services credential. If you hold a Bachelor's Degree and are a licensed Registered Nurse, you will qualify for the Preliminary School Nurse Services credential and must complete a credential program within 5 years to qualify for the Clear School Nurse Services credential.

• Copy of Transcript (Unofficial transcripts are acceptable for your application, but please note that official transcripts will be required, if hired.)
• Credential Copy (If you do not currently hold a School Nurse Services credential, please attach proof of your Bachelor's degree and RN license)
• Letter of Introduction
• Letter(s) of Recommendation (Please attach three recent, signed letters of recommendation)
• Resume
