Marketing Manager

Position Overview Tri-Co, a leading commercial flooring contractor with headquarters based in San Diego is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a background in marketing, social media, and business development. You’ll work out of both of our Southern California office locations, splitting time between the market regions of SD, IE, OC, and LA. You will work in coordination with our President, Regional Manager and Account Executive teams (in both the El Cajon and Fountain Valley offices) to implement, track, and execute marketing strategies and initiatives. This role offers a competitive base salary plus incentives. Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and pursue new client opportunities with general contractors and end users Generate leads and opportunities in coordination with Tri-Co Account Executive team members Maintain a strong presence at industry events and associations Marketing Manage Tri-Co social media, website, and digital platforms Develop, plan and execute client-facing events and initiatives Maintain relationships with Tri-Co vendor reps, industry partners, and clients Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in commercial construction marketing, sales, or project management, preferably within the flooring industry (2+ years of project management and/or sales experience is preferred) Strong marketing and organizational skills Ability to read plans/specs Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both internal teams and external clients About Tri-Co Tri-Co is a commercial flooring contractor based in San Diego, serving general contractors and end users across Southern California.
