Providing in-home support and teaching practical skills to strengthen families. Connecting families with community resources such as schools, healthcare, and social services. Offering crisis intervention and guidance when needed. Building strong relationships with families and collaborating with professionals like teachers, doctors, and social workers. Developing service plans, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate documentation. Who We’re Looking For Iowa Requirements: Must have a minimum of two years of post secondary education and at least two years of experience working with children and families. Rural Iowa Exception: May qualify with four years of combined education and/or relevant experience working with children and families.
