Bakery Supervisor

Dutch Valley Restaurant is looking for a Bakery Supervisor to oversee our bakery team and help deliver the homemade breads, pies, pastries, cookies, and desserts our guests have come to love. Full-Time | Day Shift | No Sundays

Pay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do

As our Bakery Supervisor, you'll lead the daily operations of the bakery while ensuring quality, efficiency, and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervise the daily operations of the bakery
• Schedule and coordinate bakery team members
• Lead, coach, and train bakery staff
• Ensure baked goods consistently meet quality standards
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate ordering needs
• Foster positive communication between bakery, retail, and restaurant teams
• Help resolve guest concerns with professionalism and hospitality
• Support a positive, team-focused work environment
• Assist with additional bakery and operational duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous bakery, commercial bakery, or restaurant bakery experience required
• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
• Passion for baking and producing quality products
• Positive attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and organized
• Team-oriented with a willingness to lead by example
• Available to work early morning/day shifts
• Committed to providing outstanding hospitality

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday through Saturday
• Approximately 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Additional hours may be available during holidays
