Establishes long term objectives and guidelines for managing and monitoring cell performance and productivity. Directs scheduling and sequencing of work, as well as production innovation to optimize production.This position provides strategic leadership to a large team of experienced manufacturing operations professionals, including five frontline managers who collectively oversee approximately 130 employees across two shifts. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
