VDA 6.3 Consultant

Detroit, United States | Posted on 05/07/2026 Lead and conduct VDA 6.3 process audits across manufacturing and supplier operations Support OEMs and Tier suppliers with audit preparation, gap assessments, and corrective actions Identify process risks, non-conformances, and improvement opportunities within production and quality systems Collaborate with plant leadership, quality, engineering, and supplier teams to drive compliance and operational improvements Assist with root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and customer requirement alignment Provide consulting support for launch readiness, manufacturing process optimization, and quality system improvements Requirements Certified or experienced in VDA 6.3 Process Auditing Strong background in automotive manufacturing, quality, or supplier quality engineering Knowledge of IATF 16949, Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA), and OEM standards Experience supporting Tier 1/2/3 suppliers and OEM automotive environments Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr AMBE Engineering LLC
