Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join a growing organization specializing in architectural and specialty building components for commercial and residential projects.

This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys developing new business, building long-term customer relationships, and working closely with contractors, architects, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect for and develop new business within an assigned territory
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through proactive outreach
• Maintain, strengthen, and grow an existing customer base
• Prepare accurate quotes and proposals based on architectural drawings and project specifications
• Work closely with contractors, customers, and internal departments to review and coordinate orders
• Build strong relationships with customers and key industry contacts
• Manage the sales process from initial prospecting through order completion
• Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory using a personal vehicle
• Meet or exceed established sales and business-development objectives

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience
• Construction, architectural products, building materials, or related industry experience is highly preferred
• Experience working with architectural drawings or project specifications is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
• Comfortable prospecting and developing new business
• Positive, professional, and career-focused approach
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
• Valid driver#39;s license and reliable personal vehicle required
