Job Description:
Registered Nurses are responsible for passing medications, providing wound care, trach care, and IV care in a skilled nursing unit. They will collaborate with a team that includes respiratory therapy supporting stable vents and trach care, attending team conferences for acute inpatient rehab, and working alongside an interdisciplinary team for patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Pass medications and provide wound care
- Perform trach care and IV care
- Participate in team conferences for acute inpatient rehab
- Float to Acute Rehab, Med Surg, and Tele as needed
Requirements:
- Prior SNF or Subacute experience
- Required Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS - AHA or APEX
- License to Submit
