Job Description Job Description Job Title: Litigation Paralegal Location: Garland, TX Compensation: $75,000-95,000 Requirements: 5+ years Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-time Litigation Paralegal specializing in Personal Injury cases to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in litigation and pre-litigation processes, with a focus on personal injury cases. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple cases, support attorneys, and interact professionally with clients, insurance companies, and other parties involved in the litigation process. Key Responsibilities Ability to handle a high-volume caseload. Managing a case load from intake and opening through settlement and closing. Contact clients, insurance companies and medical providers. Order medical records from providers and communicate with clients and providers during the course of treatment. Obtain documents necessary to support injury and/or liability positions. Interact with insurance carriers and medical providers to secure records and account balances. Contact insurance companies to determine coverages and policy limits. Maintain organized case files. Draft litigation complaints, discovery responses Minimum Qualifications 3 years of experience in PI pre-litigation & litigation Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred) Must have strong work ethic and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Must have great people skills as the position requires a great deal of client contact. Must be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Must be able to prioritize work and work under pressure.
