Senior Financial & International Investor Relations Analyst Synlico Inc. in South San Francisco, CA seeks Senior Financial & International Investor Relations Analyst to perform CDD for domestic & international investment transactions, screen UBOs, & prepare foreign direct investment docs for CFIUS, BIS, & OFAC compliance; analyze biotech industry trends to advise CEO on investment decisions; execute investor relations strategy & perform end to end project management including deal negotiating & contract implementation; & monitor Chinese regulatory trends to support inbound Chinese investments.
