Project Manager – BuildX Contracting, Brentwood, CA

BuildX Contracting is a trusted general contractor based in Brentwood, California. With decades of experience, we specialize in high-quality residential and commercial construction, renovations, and design-build projects across the Bay Area.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in-office in Brentwood. This position is responsible for project estimating and managing active construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Prepare accurate cost estimates and project proposals

•    Manage all phases of ongoing construction projects including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractors, and client relations

•    Utilize Houzz Pro daily for project management, change orders, and documentation

•    Maintain professional email communication using Microsoft Outlook

•    Travel locally to job sites approximately 50% of the time

•    Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Qualifications:

•    Proven experience in construction estimating and project management

•    Strong proficiency with Houzz Pro software

•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•    Proficient with Microsoft Outlook

•    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation: $43 to $53 per hour plus commission on jobs sold and managed.
