Salary: $85,000 to $100,000 USD + discretionary bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Project Accountant:
• Lead job costing, forecasting, and financial analysis across complex projects
• Identify financial risks and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Interpret and apply contract terms to optimize profitability
• Mentor or support junior accounting staff as needed
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, leadership, and external stakeholders



Qualifications for the Senior Project Accountant:
• 5-7+ years of project or construction accounting experience
• Strong expertise in job costing, forecasting, and contract interpretation
• Familiarity with CMIC (ERP), Quick Base, Textura, with potential exposure to Procore
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and financial priorities
