We're looking for a motivated individual who is ready to lead, grow, and build a long-term career with us.Position OverviewWorks alongside a team of 2–4 crew members performing landscape maintenance services on residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to guide a crew to meet quality and productivity standards. Landscape maintenance duties may include pruning, hedging, weeding, leaf clean-up, edging, and other general maintenance tasks.Responsibilities & DutiesLead and direct a crew of 2–4 team membersEnsure jobs are completed efficiently and meet company quality standardsVerify appropriate tools and equipment are used at each job sitePerform trimming, pruning, blowing, raking, and edging to specificationsSpread bark and gravel to meet job expectationsReport equipment issues or damage to the shopAssist with unloading and dumping debris at the end of the daySupport the Maintenance Manager with additional tasks as neededQualifications & SkillsAbility to lift up to 60 lbs.Capable of frequent walking, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and squattingExperience operating landscape maintenance equipmentKnowledge of proper pruning and trimming techniquesHorticulture experience or strong interest preferred2 years of leadership experienceValid Washington State Driver's LicenseInsurable driving record (MVR required)Must be 18 years or olderBenefits$24–$27 per hour (DOE)Monday–Thursday schedule (Fridays during busy season)Paid holidaysPaid Time OffWashington State Sick LeaveMedical and Vision insuranceOvertime opportunities during busy seasonOn-the-job training and mentoringPositive, team-focused work environmentClean, well-maintained vehicles and equipmentOpportunities for advancement within the companyIf you're ready to take the next step in your landscaping career and lead a hardworking, professional team, we'd love to hear from you.
