Licensed Therapist – Private Group Practice Wagner & Stathos Counseling is a growing, clinician-centered private practice with locations in Lansdale and the Main Line/Ardmore area, as well as virtual therapy options. We are looking for an experienced, independently licensed therapist to join our supportive team. We offer the flexibility and autonomy of private practice without having to manage the business side on your own. You choose your own hours, and we provide the support and resources needed to build and maintain a successful caseload. What We Offer 70% of collected session fees for clinicians averaging 20+ completed sessions per week 60% for clinicians averaging 10–19 completed sessions per week Flexible scheduling — choose your own hours Referrals and support building your caseload Billing and payment processing Paid Psychology Today profile Assistance with insurance credentialing EHR provided Practice email address and phone number Professional office space and many necessary supplies Combination of private-pay and insurance clients In-person and virtual therapy opportunities Who We're Looking For We are seeking an independently licensed Pennsylvania therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist) who is warm, dependable, clinically strong, and interested in developing a consistent caseload. Our practice serves children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, family concerns, life transitions, women's issues, parenting, and stress.
