Software Architect

Optomi, in partnership with a leading HCM corporation, is looking for a Lead Architect – Agentic SDLC to join their team. The Lead Architect will provide technical architecture and direction for Agentic applications and platforms, supporting an AWS-based, event-driven application environment. This role involves evaluating technologies and technical approaches, making architectural decisions in a rapidly evolving environment, and supporting Agentic AI/LLM application development. The position is based in Roseland, NJ, with a hybrid work model requiring 3 days onsite.
