About the Position

The ability to manage complex equipment and procedures is essential. Candidates should possess strong critical thinking and decision-making skills. Floating to other units may be required depending on patient census. Weekend rotations will be a part of the schedule. The unit cares for a diverse patient population, including adults and geriatrics. Applicants should be familiar with various ICU procedures and equipment management. A strong commitment to infection prevention and patient safety is necessary. Effective communication skills are vital for teamwork and patient interaction.
