Job Details

Support client relationships as a day-to-day tax contact and provide responsive client service.
Assist with tax planning and advisory services for:
High-Net-Worth Individuals and Families
Trusts & Estates
S Corporations
Partnerships and Pass-Through Entities
Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns.
Prepare and review:
Form 1040
Form 1041
Form 1065
Form 1120-S
Form 709
Investment partnerships and related entities
Assist clients with:
Multi-state taxation issues
Retirement planning strategies
Buy-in/Buy-out structures
Partner compensation arrangements
K-1 allocation matters
Entity structuring and conversion strategies
Conduct tax research and prepare technical memoranda.
Monitor tax law developments and industry changes.
Mentor Associates and Interns on client engagements.
Review workpapers and tax returns prepared by junior staff.
Collaborate with Supervisors, Managers, and Directors on engagement workflow.
Manage multiple client engagements and deadlines simultaneously.
Maintain strong organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
