Job Title: Commercial Overhead Door & Loading Dock Equipment Technician

Location: St. Louis, MO

Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (DOE; open to negotiating based on experience)

Job Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do

Repair, service, and install commercial overhead doors and loading dock equipment in industrial facilities and warehouses.
Diagnose mechanical, structural, and basic electrical issues quickly and safely.
Perform welding and custom steel fabrication work on-site as required.
Work independently in the field while maintaining clear communication with the home office and clients.
Maintain a high standard of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction on every job site.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 2–4 years of relevant service or mechanical experience. Execution, work quality, and a commitment to customer service matter most.
Core Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience handling commercial doors and industrial equipment.
Trade Skills: Proficiency in or a strong desire to learn welding, steel fabrication, and basic industrial electrical troubleshooting.
Problem-Solving: Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills to work through complex site situations efficiently.
Work Ethic: Highly dependable, capable of taking direction, and driven to work independently without micro-management.
