Our organization in Rockford, Illinois, is actively looking for a Full-Time Rheumatologist to become part of our outstanding team of collaborative Physicians!

Opportunity:

• Become a member of a well-established clinic in search of a cooperative partner.
• Develop your own practice as an employed physician, backed by operational leaders and support staff.
• Engage with a diverse range of cases, primarily focusing on adult patients.
• Minimal on-call responsibilities.
• Work 4 to 4.5 days per week with flexible scheduling options.
• Operate entirely in an outpatient environment.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for patient management.

Qualifications:

• MD/DO with board certification or eligibility.
• Completed fellowship and residency training from an ACGME-accredited institution.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Expertise in delivering exceptional care across all age groups.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range between $285,000 and $355,000.
