Pay Grade 7, Benefits package included Contract Unit: These positions are part of the non-supervisory support services bargaining unit. FLSA: Non-exempt Hours and Salary (non-negotiable) (based on verifiable full time related experience) 12 months, 35 hours, 260 days $33,943 - $46,956

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least five (5) years of secretarial experience. Applicable post-secondary training may be accepted in lieu of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook E-mail.
• Thorough working knowledge of the X2 information system.
• Thorough knowledge of student enrollment, transfer, and withdraw coding.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Thorough knowledge of business English, spelling, and punctuation. Proficiency in oral and written communications skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills including ability to multi-task.
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the school and school administration.
• Perform routine tasks not limited to typing, filing, scheduling meetings, recording meeting minutes, and ordering and inventory of materials.
• Handle administrative details independently, including screening of telephone calls, composition of letters/memos, etc., and scheduling of appointments.
• Maintain office records, files, and reports in an efficient manner.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
