Principal Associate, Process Manager - Navigator Platform As a Principal Process Manager, you will be part of a smart, talented team responsible for creating and enhancing processes that deliver excellence to your customer each and every time. The Principal Process Manager will play a key role in delivering processes that impact the company’s bottom line, strengthen your process management best practices, and support the Navigator Platform, a tech‑focused area that develops products and capabilities for auto dealerships and consumers. General Responsibilities Lead and own oversight of smaller process improvement work and collaborate with teammates on larger initiatives. Collect data and information, use analytics and reporting to provide transparency to senior leadership and executives. Identify and implement process improvements driving issue resolution and risk mitigation activities. Track and resolve process breakdowns. Understand customers’ needs of the process and drive process improvements. Develop and maintain formal process documentation including procedures and process flow diagrams. Act as a subject matter expert to effectively partner with project customers to achieve desired outcomes or improvement by clarifying needs and providing appropriate solutions. May lead a team and direct others on projects. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification. At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite. At least 3 years of Process Management experience. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or relevant military experience. Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification. 1+ years of experience in Compliance or Risk Management. 4+ years of experience in Process Management. Salary & Compensation Plano, TX: $98,900 - $112,900 (full‑time annual salary range). At Capital One, this role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI).
