Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description Job Description Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to support our production operations on 3rd shift by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of shop machinery. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic abilities and can work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues Repair and replace motors, sensors, wiring, bearings, belts, pumps, and other machine components Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Conduct equipment inspections to reduce downtime and improve reliability Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation Collaborate with production teams to support daily manufacturing goals Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards Qualifications: 1+ years of maintenance mechanic experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting Strong troubleshooting skills for both electrical and mechanical systems Ability to diagnose PLC-related issues (basic understanding acceptable) Experience with shop machinery such as CNCs, saws, presses, conveyors, or other production equipment Knowledge of lockout/tagout and general safety practices Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Strong communication and documentation skills Preferred: Welding or fabrication experience HVAC, hydraulics, or pneumatics knowledge Electrical certifications or trade school training Why Join Us?
