Pricing Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Financial Pricing Analyst for a Direct Hire position with a client located in Michigan . Looking for a proactive, analytically driven Financial Pricing Analyst to support sales teams with fast, data-backed pricing decisions. This role focuses on optimizing pricing strategies, protecting margins, and driving revenue growth while partnering closely with Sales, Finance, and Category teams.

Salary Range: $68,000/Annum - $75,000/Annum +benefits (The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. )

**Relocation candidates are encouraged to apply; relocation assistance will be provided.

Work Setup: Onsite, Monday – Friday - 1st Shift

Financial Pricing Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary pricing partner for Sales, supporting deal approvals and pricing decisions
• Analyze pricing requests, customer value, and margin impact to ensure strategic alignment
• Use tools like Excel and pricing dashboards to model scenarios and identify trends
• Maintain pricing structures, monitor deal pipeline, and ensure proper documentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance pricing strategies and support business goals
• Provide guidance to Sales teams on pricing policies and deal structuring

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, financial analysis, or sales operations
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in Excel and pricing/BI tools
• Ability to clearly and concisely communicate pricing decisions
• Experience working directly with customers or in a deal desk environment
