UX Researcher

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time remote UX Researcher will lead research initiatives from planning to execution, partnering with Product, Design, and Development teams to advocate for user needs and drive user-centered decision-making. Key Responsibilities Partner with cross-functional teams to raise awareness of user needs, motivations, and behaviors Plan and execute end-to-end UX research projects, including participant recruitment and analysis Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights and present them to stakeholders at various levels Required Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or a related field 2+ years of experience conducting formal UX or user-centered research Strong foundation in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies Demonstrated ability to independently manage and execute research projects Exceptional communication and presentation skills
