Position: Full Time + Benefits, 36 Hours/Week
Join our client's extraordinary care team as an Weekend Hospice Registered Nurse in New Kensington, PA. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive environment. You will collaborate to provide patient care plans, support patients in the area, and manage critical deadlines for charting. Key Responsibilities: ● Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans.● Support patients in New Kensington, PA and surrounding areas.
● Meet critical deadlines for charting.
● Self-manage time and schedule.
● Demonstrate experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software. Schedule: 8am Saturday through 8am Monday. Will be scheduled time off during the shift for resting.
