Accounting Manager

Out client provides great training, strong team environment and support for new and developing managers. They are looking for a full-time Accounting Manager.

Work to support the effort of Low-Income Housing and homelessness prevention by working with passionate people and growing your career at the same time. This position is hybrid with 3days onsite and 2 days remote, once trained. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $90,000 to 100,000 per year.

Experience:

• Strong GAAP understanding
• Month and year-end close
• Ideally experience with property or low-income property accounting desire to help others succeed and grow
• Positive, helpful, clear communication skills
• ERP experience desired
• Ideally Yardi, but other systems with be considered.
