Job Summary:
Tucson Orthopedic Institute is seeking an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join our practice based in our Tucson offices.
This is a practice made up of 40+ physicians and surgeons across 6 locations and is Southern Arizona’s largest and most established physician-led orthopedic group.
Qualified Candidates:
•    Board certified or eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
•    Fellowship training in Spine Surgery required
•    Clear and active license in the respective state (or willingness to obtain state license)
Incentives and Benefits Package:
•    Competitive compensation including a partnership track with equity 
•    Potential ancillary profit sharing and the opportunity to invest in ambulatory surgery center (ASC)
•    Relocation allowance, sign-on bonus and base salary plus productivity-based bonuses
