Personal Banker (Member Service Representative III) We’re always looking for diverse, talented, service-oriented people to join our exceptional team. Pay Range: $27.02 - $39.18 per hour (Scheduled Weekly Hours: 30) Responsibilities Provide world class member service to members visiting branch/service center locations. Provide detailed information and promote credit union products and services to build relationships. Process transactions in areas of savings, consumer loans, real estate loans and auxiliary credit union services. Deliver world class face‑to‑face service to members requesting account assistance. Provide consultative services to members regarding credit union products and services by assessing their needs, addressing their concerns and gaining agreement. Process new memberships, additional shares accounts, savings services, loan requests and loan fundings as requested by members. Perform advanced research on accounts, identify and correct member account problems. Complete documentation for accounts and loans according to credit union procedures. Have specific knowledge of credit union savings and loan products and services. Begin concentration on specialty area of expertise in branch (savings, consumer, or real estate loans). Maintain cash and negotiable items. May act as branch liaison to support departments. Provide suggestions for streamlining department and credit union operations. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. Perform various file maintenance including processing requests for a change of address, check orders, and ordering ATM cards, etc. May take on vault custodian duties as assigned. Comply with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements, including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to specific job duties. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary and other employment‑related actions. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 3‑5 years of prior related experience required. Notary license required. Participation in the CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment.
