Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist Role: Process and post accounts payable transactions accurately and on time. Manage inventory transactions, adjustments, and transfers. Process Concur expense reports and company credit card transactions. Support monthly accruals and routine AP accounting activities. Set up new vendors, collect W-9 documentation, maintain vendor records, and identify opportunities to improve processes. Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist: 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience. Experience with Concur, expense reporting, or corporate credit card processing. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
